Shipping methods & estimated delivery times

Those time estimate applies when our products are in stock. Read the product page that indicates the different status per region (Europe/US/UK).

GLS offers the option to deliver directly to a local Parcel Shop. If you prefer this method, please consult the GLS Parcel Shop Finder to locate your preferred shop, then email us with the exact location or Shop ID you would like us to use for your delivery.

Track Your European Shipment

We ship all European orders via GLS.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you may be able to manage your delivery options through the local GLS portal, depending on your country.

Special note on batteries

Due to transport regulations, batteries may sometimes be shipped separately from the skateboard.
You may therefore receive multiple packages to complete your order. We will notify you by email when each shipment is dispatched.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, your unit is reserved and secured in our production queue.
The typical lead time is communicated on the product page and an estimated shipping date will be communicated by email closer to dispatch.

Shipping costs & import duties

• EU & UK orders:
  Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are all included at checkout. No additional fees upon delivery.
  
  
• US orders:
  We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all taxes, import duties, and fees are covered. The price you pay at checkout is final, no surprise costs on arrival.
  
  
• Other destinations:
  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Depending on your local regulations, additional duties, VAT, or import fees may apply upon delivery.

Cancellations, returns & failed deliveries

• Cancellation after shipment:
  If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, the parcel will be returned to us. A flat return fee of €30 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling.
  
  
• Uncollected or refused deliveries:
  If a package is not collected from a parcel pick-up point, or delivery is refused, the shipment will be returned to us. A €30 return fee will apply, and any re-shipping costs will be charged separately if you request redelivery.

Order processing

• We typically process in-stock orders within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  
  
• Pre-orders and custom products ship according to the estimated schedule noted on the product page.

Tracking & support

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
