Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a pre-order or are built to order. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet in stock or not yet available. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining balance at a future date.
- You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled at any time, free of charge.
- If your order has already been fulfilled and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a refund in accordance with our returns policy.
Cancellation after shipment
If you cancel an order after it has already been dispatched, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case, a flat return fee of €30 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling costs.
Uncollected or refused deliveries
If a package is not collected from a parcel pick-up point, or if delivery is refused, the shipment will be returned to us. In such cases:
- A €30 return fee will be deducted from your refund
- Any re-shipping costs will be charged separately if you request redelivery

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@liquidskateboard.com with your order number. We'll confirm whether cancellation is still possible and guide you through the next steps.
